Bicycle taxies are a staple in Havana’s public transportation. They are all human-powered, non-electric vehicles. This taxi driver was wearing a sleeveless shirt that displayed the colors of the US flag. Presumably received from an American tourist. Many Cubans wear clothing handed-down from relatives or visiting tourists.
